Stressed Out? Every year more and more students are getting active in REC programs and living a healthier lifestyle. Take control of your overall wellness and check out the following two areas for how you can live a more active and healthy lifestyle without even leaving campus.
Recreation
Over the past two years Douglas REC has grown to new heights. Thousands of students have taken part in either a REC class such as Yoga or Hip Hop Dance, a REC Intramural sport such as basketball or volleyball, or participated in a major REC Event such as the Royals Rumble. REC is about having fun and being active, come out today and REC YOUR LIFE!

Wellness
Douglas provides a range of wellness opportunities and services for students and staff. Read great health and wellness articles in our monthly Student Health 101 online magazine, book an appointment with a health practitioner or join the Student Wellness Awareness Team (SWAT) and promote health issues on campus.
