Frosh ’12
FROSH ’12 is multi-day event where 1st year Douglas College students get to compete in 3 days of crazy and exciting shenanigans and challenges designed to welcome them. It may even be the most fun they have at Douglas College!
The event takes place over 3 days from Thursday, September 6th to
Saturday, September 8th.Thursday, September 6th (7 – 10pm): features a mixer/meet & greet with music, snacks, drinks and team swag where teams come up with their team name and create their team flag. You’ll also get to pickup your T-shirt!
Friday, September 7th (2:30 – 8pm): the main shenanigany day features challenges like the blind obstacle course, Rough Mudder, the Fear Factor Challenge, ‘So You Think You Can Dougy’ and the ‘DSU Style Stop’.
Saturday, September 8th (11 – 2pm): the final wrap up afternoon is a short few hours around the beautiful Coquitlam campus featuring beach volleyball, games on the grass and the ‘So You Think You Can Dougie’ judged dance-off.
To the winner goes the prestige and one of the best experiences of the year to all participants. Welcome to Douglas College.
Cost: 5$, to be paid in cash at the Thursday mixer.
